For free express shipping on orders over $49.99, order value must total $49.99 or more before applicable taxes. Offer valid only on eligible items. Items in your cart that are not eligible will ship standard by default. Shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout. Offer is limited to Express delivery within the US, UK, CA, EU and AU. The entire order must ship to a single address. This does not apply to prior purchases or open orders and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Certain restrictions and exclusions apply.

Express Shipping Non-Eligible Items:

Any item which contains an inner battery

Any item that surpasses express shipping regulations in size

(Length + Width + Height < 23.62 in or 60 cm)

Any item that surpasses express shipping regulations in weight

(Max Weight < 9.92 lbs or 4.5 kg)

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 5-8 Day Express Delivery to USA, UK, AU & CA. 15 to 25 day Standard delivery to all other Countries.


Our store General Item Return Policy

In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 3 days of delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must be able to provide proof of purchase. These terms are not negotiable.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.


Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working?

If so, you are protected and can make a claim. The procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo & video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. We will also require proof of purchase. 

2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

3. If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Will I need to send the item back to Our store?

Only high-value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $30 or more. If the item is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost-effective way to return it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at so that we can provide you with a return shipping address and label.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
